  • Position Overview/Summary

    • Manufacturing Order Management - Work In Progress Material Inventory & Spiridon tracking
    • WIP material receipt, binning & issue, preservation, rejection handling activities
    • Shipment packing notes verifications and support actual shipment activities
    • SPIRIDON transactions and necessary documentation and record keeping.
    • Booking of labour productivity hours
    • Maintain KPI records and Safety Bulletins and information display boards
    • Control shop consumables – Indents & Receipts

    Position Qualifications (Required and Preferred)

    Education: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering


    Experience: 4-5 years



    Position Responsibilities and Duties

    • Manufacturing Order Management – MO tracking and On Time Closing.
    • Verification of WIP receipt material for correct documents, quantities , condition , tagging , binning including preservation & proper packing
    • Conducting online SAP – SPIRIDON transactions for Machine Shop , Assembly & Packaging
    • Preparation of ‘GMRs’ and material movement to respective departments for further processing.
    • Packing of material Boxes and Verification of Shipment Packing Notes before actual shipments
    • Work Centre wise booking of Labour productivity hours in to SPIRIDON system and capacity utilization tracking
    • Maintaining KPI display boards, SOPs, Safety Bulletin Boards & relevant information’s across manufacturing areas.
    • Maintaining 6S and Safe Working Environment on the shop floor across all manufacturing areas
    • Inventory management of shop floor Safety Gears & Consumables – Indenting , Receipt , Binning , Storage
    • Maintaining 6S and Safe Working Environment. Implementation of safety action plans in Shipping / Store
    • Compressor Assembly History Card tracking and maintenance
    • Support Shop Floor Supervisors for extended hours and weekly off working during peak load conditions
