The Commercial Project Manager works within a matrix organization establishing the Siemens “four-eyes” principle for new bookings and contract execution in conjunction with Marketing & Sales and Project Managers.
The purpose of the Commercial Project Manager role is to secure high level forecasting, coordination and execution of commercial activities during the quotation, booking, and execution phases of projects. Skillsets range from cost management, cash flow, commercial terms evaluation and management, issue resolution, revenue recognition forecasting and execution, and may involve Percentage of Completion revenue recognition model.
