Position Overview/Summary

The Quality Assurance engineer is to ensure that the company understands the requirements and recommendations in ISO 9001, and to follow up systems and processes accordingly.

Position Qualifications (Required and Preferred)

  • 2-3 years Technical school or Engineering college
  • Minimum 3 years experience is required.
  • Preferably experienced in quality work.
  • Good language skills in Norwegian and English, both orally and written.
  • Knowledge of quality managements systems.
  • Knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulations
  • Generally good computer skills
  • Certified Quality auditor is preferred.

Position Responsibilities and Duties

Quality Assurance Engineer is responsible to manage:

  • The Quality management system
  • The company's internal non conformity and quality improvement system
  • Internal and external quality audits
  • Quality related KPI-reporting

 

  • Further improve the company’s quality assurance tools to secure continuous improvement
  • Contribute to the supplier qualification processes
  • Contribute to other related areas within the Quality department
