  • Position Overview/Summary

    The Field Service Representative (TFA) will be responsible for installing, commissioning, maintaining and servicing of Turbo machinery including aero derivative gas turbines, power turbines, centrifugal compressors and expanders. 


    The successful candidate can be located outside of Houston.

    Position Qualifications (Required and Preferred)


    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • 2-5 years previous work experience
    • Able to travel internationally for up to 60 days at a time.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Able to identify and resolve complex technical issues.
    • Supervise the installation of GT packages, compressors.
    • Self-starter, able to execute commissioning and start-up of GT packages.



    • Multi-lingual - English Business Conversational
    • Associates Degree



    Position Responsibilities and Duties

    • Interact with customers and understand the value of excellent customer service delivery.
    • Supervise the installation of GT packages, compressors.
    • Perform PM on GT packages, Power Turbine change-outs, compressor overhauls, alignments.
    • Verify OEM installation instruction and readings. 
    • Interpret P&ID and dimensional drawings.
    • Understanding of basic controls.
    • Troubleshoot and startup of equipment.
    • Perform Root Cause Analysis if necessary.
    • Communicate progress, schedules, and open items with client.
    • Prepare detailed technical reports.
